Hi, I have searched for nylon flowers online and couldn't find much information on it. When I visited China recently, I
found out that nylon flower making was very popular. I saw some very beautiful handmade flowers. I am very interested
in making them myself but couldn't find sources for materials, such as a large color selection of nylon stockings. (The
color selections at local stores are very limited and I prefer not to spend a lot of time dying nylons. Will do it if
there's no choice.) Does anyone know why it's not popular here in US? I read somewhere that it was popular in the
1950's. If you have information on how to make nylon stockings and sources, please kindly share it with me. I would
also like to know if there are others who are also interested in making nylon flowers. Thanks.

Hi, I saw a show on HGTV, "That's Clever" which used to be called "Crafter's Coast to Coast" where
they stretched nylons over metal coat hanger frames which were bent up like flower petals. It seemed easy enough
although they had to paint the details in after. Try www.hgtv.com and maybe you'll find something there. I hope this
helps... ...Ron -- Home of RonzCrafts - Iris folding, Sculpture and more

Hey, I know you all might be as fustrated as i am about runs and snags. After searching long and hard for supportive and
strong nylons that wont run as soon as i get them on I found nothing works better then Run Proof. It makes any pair of
nylons SUPER strong and soft. I was leary to try it but it has saved me alot of time and $$$ Check it out alt let me
know what you think. http://www.pantyhosemiracle.com <a href="http://www.pantyhosemiracle.com">Click

Um, I'm not clicking on the link, as I smell spam, but... I've had really great success just by sticking my nylons in
the freezer for about an hour... You don't have to put them on cold! Just for some reason, them having been in the
freezer just that once makes them significantly more run-resistant! Don't remember where I learned this, so I can't
reference the source, sorry. HTH, Alison <MGShute@gmail.com> wrote in message

I find if I hobble them by tying their feet together they aren't able to range very far. I just make sure their plenty
of grazing for them. Tina <MGShute@gmail.com> wrote in message
